Snow will fall on the Scandinavian Peninsula, as well as in Germany, Denmark and the Benelux countries. In the central regions of the Eastern European Plain, it will be relatively cold, but mostly sunny. In Madrid and Rome it will be 19 degrees, in Paris and Munich – 14, in Vienna – 8, in Stockholm – 1, in St. Petersburg – minus 1, in Moscow – minus 4.
