BNR receives three awards from the Union of Bulgarian Journalists

The Bulgarian National Radio has receveived distinction in three categories at the Annual Awards of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists. The bnr.bg website was chosen as the best Internet portal in 2022/2023.

"In a short period, functioning as an independent media platform, bnr.bg climbed to the leading positions among information portals. In today's digital world, radio is not just sound, and the Internet is often the primary source of news," stated Ivo Todorov, Director of Digital Programs, upon receiving the award.

The host of the program "Night Horizon" Karmen Manukyan took the prize for radio journalism, and the BNR correspondent in Ruse, Asya Pencheva, was awarded for best correspondent of a central media in the country.
