The government has not achieved progress on any of its key priorities and gets a poor 2 mark, Bulgarian Socialist Party leader Kornelia Ninova said in an interview with the Bulgarian National Radio. "As regards Schengen - we will not be accepted until the end of the year. As regards the Recovery and Resilience Plan - the money will not come by the end of the year. Judicial reform - have you heard them talk about that? Eurozone accession is not going to happen either. We do not have a state budget in mid-November", Kornelia Ninova went on to say. According to her, ''the whole country has become a hostage to the economic interests of the government''.

With regard to the second vote of no confidence in Nikolay Denkov’ cabinet, Kornelia Ninova expressed opinion that there are many problems regarding national security and the country’s Minister of Defense Todor Tagarev is one of the most harmful persons for Bulgaria's policy." According to her, ‘’the no confidence vote failed because Vazrazhdane, There is Such a People, GERB and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms did not register and there was no quorum so as to give the participants in the "assemblage" time to twist their arms and redistribute power and spheres of influence’’. According to Kornelia Ninova, a third vote of no confidence is not planned for now.
