The vote of no confidence in the government for "failure in the field of national security and defense" has failed, BNR reporter Daniel Inkov informs. The vote gathered just 71 votes "for" from the opposition parties "Vazrazhdane", BSP and ITN.

Last Thursday there was no quorum for the requested vote and on Friday the meeting did not start once again due to lack of quorum.

155 MPs out of 226 who voted today did not support the motion of no confidence. The GERB-SDS parliamentary group did not support the motion but one MP of the coalition voted in favor.

For the first time, after the end of the vote opposition MPs did not make any statements.
