Temperatures above zero are in the weather forecast for January 15

The weather will be mostly clear on Sunday night. The lowest temperatures will range from minus 7°C to minus 2°C, for Sofia around minus 6°C. It will be mostly sunny over Eastern Bulgaria on Monday morning. Clouds will increase from the west and by the end of the day there will be significant cloudiness over the whole country. There will be light rain and sleet in some areas in Western Bulgaria in the evening hours.  There will be light, in Northeastern Bulgaria and the mountainous regions moderate southwesterly wind. Maximum temperatures will range from 5°C to 10°C, for Sofia around 5°C.

Over the mountains clouds will increase and thicken from the west. It will snow in some areas in Western Bulgaria in the early evening. More sun is expected over the massifs in Eastern Bulgaria. There will be moderate to strong westerly and southwesterly wind. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters- around 3°C, at 2,000 meters- around minus 3°C.

It will be mostly sunny over the Black Sea coast before noon. Clouds will increase at noon and in the afternoon hours. There will be moderate southerly and southwesterly wind. Daytime highs will range from 7°C to 10°C. The seawater temperature is 7°C-8°C. Sea state 2-3.
