On February 5, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania Luminița-Teodora Odobescu pays an official visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of Bulgarian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mariya Gabriel.
The program of the visit includes a bilateral meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Gabriel and plenary talks between the two delegations. Issues of bilateral and international interest will be discussed. The ministers will make a joint statement to the media. Upcoming abolition of the Schengen checks for travelers by air and sea of both countries after March 31 is expected to be among the topics of discussion.
