Representatives of the Bulgarian Embassy in North Macedonia, the Consulate General in Bitola, the Bulgarian Cultural and Information Center in Skopje and Macedonian Bulgarians laid wreaths and flowers in front of the sarcophagus of Gotse Delchev in the yard of the church "St. Spas".

"This year marks the 152nd anniversary of the birth of one of the most beloved revolutionaries. After Levski, Gotse Delchev is one of those revolutionaries who put their ego behind them... These are people who accept other people's thinking and there are many examples of this in the biographies of both of them. And perhaps there is no greater personality than Gotse Delchev defining our common past. Because his remains are here, in Skopje, and at the moment in Sofia, and in Blagoevgrad, and in the city that bears his name - Gotse Delchev, there are celebrations in memory of the birth of this great revolutionary", the Bulgarian ambassador in Skopje, Angel Angelov pointed out.
