Stanimir Belomazhev wins silver medal at the World Ski Orienteering Championships

Stanimir Belomazhev, Bulgaria won a silver medal in the sprint at the World Ski Orienteering Championships in Haanja, Estonia.

Stanimir Belomazhev, who is two-times world champion in the sprint, came 9 seconds behind the winner Niklas Ekstrom, Finland (17 m. 2 sec.), finishing in 17 m. 11 seconds. Aapo Viippola (Finland) ranked third, falling 17 seconds behind Niklas Ekstrom.
