The newest attraction in the region of Burgas is an underwater chapel near the island of St. Anastasia. The chapel was submerged in January and is located at a depth of about 15 meters, euronewsbulgaria reported. It is about 3 meters high, and next to it stands a statue of the protector of the island of St. Anastasia.

During the new tourist season, diving to the chapel will be possible for all professional divers with a bottle, as well as for amateurs, but with a companion.

This year, the island of St. Anastasia will celebrate 10 years since it was declared a tourist destination with a rich cultural program.
