"There are countries that are ready to discuss the proposal of French President Macron, but it is not about sending soldiers to the front, but about specific tasks," Tagarev explained and reiterated that Bulgaria will not send people. Asked about the commitments Bulgaria made at the meeting in the Elysée Palace, Tagarev recalled that Sofia expressed its intention to be included in the support of the Ukrainian defense industry.
