The children's choirs of the public radios of Bulgaria and Romania will have a joint concert for the first time in Bucharest on February 29. The event is part of the international cooperation program between the two media and is dedicated to high choral achievements.
"The program of this concert is spectacular, as both choirs can easily interpret works of high difficulty, adding scenographic elements that increase the emotion conveyed to the audience," conductor of the Children's Choir of Radio Romania, Răzvan Rădos says.
The Bulgarian National Radio Children's Choir, under the baton of conductor Venetsia Karamanova and together with pianist Siana Atanasova, will perform works by Bulgarian composers, as well as works by Franz Schubert, Hideo Kobayashi, Astor Piazzolla.
