A protest against renewable energy sources was held in central Varna. The discontent was caused by the attempt of the Center for the Study of Democracy to put the draft law on renewable energy sources in marine areas on the agenda again with a round table, which was subsequently canceled.
"We strongly oppose the construction of offshore wind farms in the Black Sea. We have expressed our motives on numerous occasions", said Emil Milev, chairman of Chernomorski Izgrev Association.
