If a mobile operator announces indexation over inflation, we have the right to cancel the contract without penalty, BNT has reported.

Stoil Alipiev, chairman of the Commission for Consumer Protection, told BNT that after the meetings held between the commission and the telecommunication companies, an agreement was signed, regulating the possibility of terminating the contracts without fees. Starting from 2025, in the event of indexation users can cancel the service without conditions and fees within a 30-day period.
