On March 17, Mariya Gabriel proposed the same thing to us - to rotate prime ministers without changing ministers, but without signing the reform agreement. Yesterday Acaemician Denkov proposed the rotation of prime ministers without changing the ministers, but with signing the reform agreement, PP Co-Chairman Kiril Petkov said at a briefing. According to him, the only difference between Denkov's proposal and Gabriel's proposal was the signing of the agreement.

"For us, this means that GERB was obviously not ready to reform the judicial system, the services, and the regulators", said Petkov.
