The best sausage makers and winemakers will compete in the village of Tsalapitsa this weekend. On 30 March, the Tsalapitsa Babek and Wine Festival will take place on an open stage in the park of the Rhodope village. The most famous Tsalapitsa appetizer, which is prepared at the beginning of winter according to an old recipe, is now ripe, sufficiently dry and ready for consumption.
