Vice President Iliana Iotova is paying a visit to Montenegro. At the invitation of Bijelo Polje municipality, today she will take part in a memorial ceremony 20 years after the road accident in which 12 Bulgarian children from Svishtov were killed. The tragedy took place as the children were on their way back from a trip to Dubrovnik.
