Weather forecast for 12 April

Sunny weather with near summer temperatures on Friday

Tonight will be mostly clear. A light northerly wind will blow across the eastern half of the country. Lows will be between 7° and 12°C, around 7°C in Sofia. Friday will be mostly sunny. Clouds will develop in the afternoon and there will be isolated showers. Maximum temperatures will be between 24°C and 29°C, around 25°C in Sofia.

In the mountains it will be mostly sunny, with clouds developing in the afternoon, when it may rain. Moderate to strong winds will blow from the north-northeast. The maximum temperature will be around 17°C at 1,200 m and around 9°C at 2,000 m.

Along the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny. Cumulus clouds will develop in the afternoon, bringing some light rain. Maximum temperatures will be between 19° and 23°C and 14°-15°C at sea level. The swell will be 2-3.

The weather in the Balkans will be warm and sunny. In the afternoon, clouds will temporarily increase over the eastern and mountainous regions, but the chance of precipitation is low. Temperatures will reach 27°C in Belgrade, 26°C in Bucharest, 25°C in Athens and 23°C in Istanbul.
