The Samardala Festival is held for the second consecutive year and is organized by the Municipality of Nova Zagora and the local community center, BTA reported.
The town's Svoboda Square will host a reenactment of a custom representing the role of the spice in the life of Bulgarians. It will also host a trade fair for products containing samardala. There will also be a culinary exhibition.
