Today Bulgaria is hosting a global event of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. The results of the organisation's global report on social-emotional skills among 15-year-old students around the world will be announced from Sofia. Although Bulgaria is not yet a full member of the OECD, Bulgaria has been selected as the host country for the presentation of this first-ever international survey.

The survey has been carried out in over 20 countries on four continents, and the Lachezar Tsotzorkov Foundation secured Bulgaria's inclusion in it, with the project in Bulgaria being implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Science.
