Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 14 May 2024

Yellow code for rain for 7 districts of western and southwestern Bulgaria on Tuesday

On Tuesday the minimum temperatures in Bulgaria will be between 5 and 10°C, in Sofia - 7°C. During the day, the clouds will be considerable, in the afternoon there will be short showers over Western Bulgaria, in the mountainous areas intense rainfall is expected. 

Maximum temperatures will be from 16 to 21°C, in the capital Sofia - 17°C.

Along the Black Sea coast it will be cloudy, but almost without precipitation. Air temperatures will be 16-18°. The sea water temperature is 15-16°. The sea swell will be 1-2 bar. 

Over the mountains it will be cloudy and with precipitation in the Rila and Rhodope Mountains. In the east it will not rain. The temperature at 1200 m altitude will be up to 10°, at 2000 m up to 3°.

On Wednesday the weather will stay unchanged. Precipitation in the southwest and central parts of southern Bulgaria will be temporarily intense.
