There will be no significant rise in the price of electricity for household users, said caretaker Energy Minister Vladimir Malinov.
“I believe there could be a minimal rise within the bounds of the inflation processes. There exist mechanisms for attaining a lower price,” he said in an interview for bTV but called for patience until the official decision of the energy regulator is announced. Minister Malinov stated further that the government is ready to cover the deficit accumulated by the Electricity System Security Fund from the national budget.
