Bulgarian gymnasts first in temporary standings at the European Championships in Budapest

The Bulgarian rhythmic gymnastics team led the team competition at the European Championships in Budapest, followed by Italy and Germany. The final standings will be revealed today when the ensembles will present their routines. 

After playing their four compositions, Boryana Kaleyn, Stiliana Nikolova and Elvira Krasnobaeva took part in seven of the eight individual finals. 

In the qualification for the individual all-around, where the fight starts from the beginning, Stiliana Nikolova placed third and Boryana Kaleyn finished fifth. Sofia Raffaelli of Italy is first, Daniella Munitz of Israel is second. 

The current overall European champion Boryana Kaleyn received the highest score of the competition so far - 36,550, points for her hoop routine.
