On June 3, the award ceremony for the finalists in the 24th edition of the CodeIT programming competition will take place. Traditionally, the competition is held under the patronage of the Bulgarian Head of State Rumen Radev.

This year the participants are from Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of North Macedonia and Croatia. The organizer of the coding competition is the software company Musala Soft, the Presidency said.

Each year, finalists have the opportunity to meet an inspiring IT guru. This year's guru is Oleksandr Kulkov, a competition programmer from Zaporozhye, Ukraine, and author of over 60 competition programming tasks, CodeForces grandmaster and chief organizer of the competition camp schools in Osijek, Croatia.
