In a major article entitled "Bulgarians exploited the computer that said 'yes'", The Times says that the British nation owes gratitude to Inspector Vassil Panayotov for exposing the gang of Bulgarian fraudsters who took advantage of the "generosity and inadequacy" of the British social system.

That's why he alerted the British Department for Work and Pensions to what was happening, reports BNR's London correspondent Veselin Paunov.
