Business representatives are gathering today at a meeting organized by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where solutions for importing workers from abroad will be proposed. They are to share experience in the process of recruiting such staff from countries such as Nepal, India and Bangladesh, which, according to a human resources company, seek a net pay of around EUR 500-700 depending on the position.

More than 70% of employers in Bulgaria experience difficulties in finding staff. According to the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, there are companies losing projects and considering closing parts of their operations due to a lack of personnel.
