The first Day Center for adults with severe multiple disabilities opened doors in the capital city, Nadezhda Bacheva, Deputy Mayor of Sofia has announced.
The newly opened center, located in the "Slatina" district, has 30 places and is equipped according to all modern standards for the provision of high-quality social services. It spreads over three floors and is furnished to provide a safe and stimulating environment for its visitors.
The center also offers the possibility for temporary accommodation when this is necessary due to treatment or other needs of relatives.
