For the fourteenth year, chamber music will be played in the medieval church-museums "Sts. Archangels Michael and Gabriel" and "St. Georgi" in the Arbanassi architectural reserve.
Starting today until July 12, amidst the wonderful acoustics of the temples, musicians from Belgium, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, France and Bulgaria will present their art within the framework of the international Arbanassi Summer Music festival. The performers are leading soloists of the Royal Flemish Philharmonic and other renowned orchestras, the hosts from the Regional History Museum in Veliko Tarnovo said.
The international formation will present works by Beethoven, Brahms, Dvořák, Tchaikovsky, Saint-Saëns, Ravel and Vytautas Barkauskas.
