Classical Old Bulgarian is studied neither within Bulgarian philology nor within Slavic philology, reports BTA. Students of Classical Old Bulgarian study only Old Bulgarian for three years and receive a bachelor's degree after defending a thesis. Speaking to the newspaper "Az-Buki", Assoc. Prof. Antoaneta Granberg said that there were also doctoral students.
