The construction of a ferry link between Tutrakan and the Romanian town of Oltenița is expected to begin soon, the mayor of Tutrakan Municipality Dimitar Stefanov wrote on Facebook after a meeting with his Romanian counterpart Mihăiță Beștea. The two have determined the location of the dock. The facility will be designed to transport cars, buses, minibuses and light trucks.
