Vegetables from the field and ethnic cuisine on Gardeners’ Day in Tsar Assen village

Tsar Assen village in the region of Silistra marks Gardeners’ Day today, dedicated to the efforts of all gardeners and farmers who help put food on the table.

By a tradition, dozens of fruit and vegetable growers from the region will present their produce. There will also be pastry exhibitions and exhibitions showing dishes from the local ethnic cuisine.
