Tough draw for Stoeva sisters in badminton quarterfinals at the Olympics

Gabriela Stoeva and Stefani Stoeva will face the leaders in the world rankings and current world champions Chen Qingchen and Jia Yifan in the quarterfinals of the Olympic badminton tournament in Paris. The Stoeva sisters are three-time European champions, but the Chinese are four-time world champions. The quarterfinals of the Olympic badminton competition in Paris will take place on August 1.

Swimmer Lyubomir Epitropov failed to qualify for the final of the 200-meter breaststroke at the Olympic Games. He placed ninth in the semi-finals with a time of 2 minutes, 9 seconds and 3 hundredths.
