Paris 2024 Olympics: Bulgaria will have representatives in six sports on Thursday

The Olympic rhythmic gymnastics tournament begins. Boryana Kaleyn and Stiliana Nikolova will compete in the all-around qualifications at 11:00 am.

Taekwondo athlete Kimia Alizadeh, who is now competing for Bulgaria, will start her participation at the 2024 Summer Olympics in the 57 kg category. She is to face Hahid Kiyanichandeh (Iran) in a round of sixteen match. The final match will take place after 22.30 pm on Thursday.

Pentathlete Todor Mihalev begins the fencing qualifications at 12:00 PM.

Magomed Ramazanov will compete against Canadian Robert Moore in the men's 86 kg freestyle wresting  event. The match will begin at 12.30 pm.

Semen Novikov advanced to the final in the men’s 87 kg Greko-Roman wrestling event. He will compete for the gold medal against Alireza Mohmadipiani (Iran). The final match begins at 21.30 pm.

Bozhidar Andreev will compete in the men’s 73 kg weightlifting event. The competition starts at 8:30 pm.

At 10:46 pm, boxer Javier Ibanez will play his semifinal match against Munarbek Seiitbek from Kyrgyzstan.
