Almost a year later, on 2 October, 2022, the turnout was 39.41%, and in April 2023 the voter turnout during the election for parliament was 40.69%. A few months ago, during the two-in-one elections for European Parliament and the snap election for National Assembly of Bulgaria the voter turnout was 34.41%.
