The film Triumph by Kristina Grozeva and Petar Valchanov will be shown at Toronto Film Festival

Today marks the official opening of the International Film Festival in Toronto, Canada. The film of the directorial tandem Kristina Grozeva and Petar Valchanov Triumph has been selected in the competition program of the festival.

Triumph - a co-production between Bulgaria and Greece, in the cast of which are Maria Grozeva and Julian Vergov, is also the Bulgarian proposal for the Oscars.
The film tells the story of a secret task force of high-ranking officers of the Bulgarian army, led by a clairvoyant, who begins digging a hole in search of a mysterious artifact. The action takes place after the fall of Communism in the early 1990s.
