''Everything we have given to Ukraine so far is based on existing decisions of the National Assembly. We are only giving surplus property from the Bulgarian Armed Forces", Atanas Zapryanov added. He emphasized that the aid in no way constitutes Bulgaria's involvement in the war. "We are helping a victim of aggression", Minister Zapryanov said.
