The Central Election Commission (CEC) has laid down the rules for the trusted build of the source code of the voting machines at the election for parliament on 27 October. Designated CEC members will generate keys used to lock the software so that it is not manipulated. The procedure guarantees that the code will not become known to any other party. Photographing or recording the process of entering f the passwords is forbidden. The hardware platform they are generated on, as well as the source code will be kept at the CEC. The procedure is forthcoming for the validation and visualization of the software system hash code which is public.
