Caretaker PM Glavchev calls on Bulgarian citizens to vote in Sunday elections

We all want a regular government to be formed - a stable one that can solve the issues of Bulgarian citizens with the necessary political support,  said Caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev at the beginning of the meeting of the Council of Ministers ahead of the parliamentary election on October 27. 
"We have turned our attention many times to the measures countering vote buying and to the voting machines, so I urge the citizens to vote en masse, because even if there is any attempt at vote-buying, the en masse vote will eliminate them. It is better to have a mass vote with a high percentage of voter turnout, in order to have a greater representativeness", said the caretaker prime minister.
