A civic initiative for non-recognition of the election results for the 51st National Assembly is demanding the annulment of the early election for parliament, BNR’s Daniel Inkov reports.

According to Tihomir Vassilev from the civic initiative, there will be 24 fake MPs in the new parliament. “We cannot just keep our mouths shut and not demand the annulment of these vitiated, fake elections. And when I say “mobster thugs” I mean Boyko Borissov and Delyan Peevski because they are communicating vessels,” he said.

Tihomir Vassilev stated further that the civic initiative opposes the circus that is being played out by the political parties with a cordon sanitaire, referring to PP-DB’s call to the parliamentary forces to sign a declaration that they will not form any alliance with the leader of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms-New Beginning Delyan Peevski.

Ivelin Mihaylov, leader of Velichie party, which fell 21 votes short of entering parliament, also called for the annulment of the election and for a new snap election to be held.
