Within the framework of Bulgaria’s participation in the world travel expo World Travel Market in London, Bulgaria’s Ministry of Tourism and National Geographic announced a joint publicity campaign aimed at presenting the country as an attractive destination for wine, gastro and MICE tourism.
A National Geographic team will visit Bulgaria to film inspiring promotional videos to be aired by National Geographic and 24 Kitchen in Europe. The videos will be launched on five key markets – the UK, Germany, Spain, Poland and France, with additional content aired in the Netherlands, Serbia, Slovenia and Croatia.
“The aim is to inspire foreign tourists to discover the unique culture, nature and gastro experiences which Bulgaria has to offer,” the Ministry of Tourism says.
At the World Travel Market, 27 companies, associations and municipalities are presenting Bulgaria as a year-round destination.
