Starting today: Send your letter to Santa Claus in Stara Zagora

From today, residents of Stara Zagora, young and old, can send their letter to Santa Claus. A letterbox has been set up in the foyer of the city's State Puppet Theatre to collect messages for Father Christmas. The cultural institution guarantees that Santa will read them all and reply to those who have given the correct address.

This year's Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Stara Zagora will be performed by the troupe of the Puppet Theatre. The director, Tsveti Penyashki, has prepared a special show for the occasion.

The Christmas tree will be lit on 5 December, the eve of St Nicholas' Day.
