Over the mountains, cloudiness will often be considerable. In some places it will snow. Strong and stormy northwesterly winds are expected. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m will be about minus 4°C, at 2,000 m - about minus 12°C.
Along the Black Sea coast the clouds will be considerable and before noon it will still rain in some places. It will be windy with moderate, temporarily strong northwesterly winds. Maximum temperatures will be 6°C-7°C and sea water temperatures at 13°C-14°C.
The cold front passing through the Balkans will be located in the Black Sea region tomorrow. Rain showers in the easternmost areas will gradually stop, but temperatures will drop. In the western and central parts of the peninsula, clouds will break and decrease, and the northwest wind will weaken and subside.
