During the regional GERB youth academy in Targovishte, GERB leader Boyko Borissov stated that GERB would not sign the declaration of We Continue the Change/Democratic Bulgaria (PP/DB) for a cordon sanitaire around Delyan Peevski.
Borissov stated that GERB needs a minimum of 77-78 MPs after which they will look for allies.
