''The Eurozone remains a priority, but the caretaker cabinet expects the 51st Parliament to begin its work in order to discuss the state budget'', said caretaker Premier Dimitar Glavchev. ''Who would have thought that we could get into this situation? Wasn't the idea to ensure continuity in the work of the National Assembly?’’, said Premier Glavchev.

The Ministry of Finance is ready with the 2025 budget and the draft has been presented to the parliamentary groups. "It is very risky to submit a budget in an election situation, because it could be blown up", said Premier Glavchev. Regarding the risk that Bulgaria may lose funds from the EU’s Recovery and Resilience Plan, Dimitar Glavchev commented that several laws need to be passed and some decisions need to be changed. He attended the ceremony on the occasion of the 133rd anniversary of the establishment of the Military Medical Academy.
