The Bulgarian State Railways (BDZ) is organizing a holiday trip for railway enthusiasts. ‎

A Christmas train with a steam locomotive and six festively decorated carriages will run on December 21 on the Gorna Oryahovitsa - Pleven - Gorna Oryahovitsa route. Passengers will be greeted by Santa Claus and Snow White, who will delight all children with gifts.‎

During the railway's stay in Pleven, visitors will be able to view the special retro carriage from the government train "Vitosha Express". They will also have the opportunity to visit the Christmas town and bazaar on the central square "Vazrazhdane", as well as take pictures with the White-bearded Old Man.

The local authorities promise a festive program for visitors to the city.

A round-trip ticket for an adult costs 55 leva, and for children up to 10 years old – 27.50 leva.
