91 medals in natural sciences won by Bulgarian students in 2024

In 2024, Bulgarian students won 91 medals in international, European and Balkan Olympiads and competitions in the natural sciences. These include 11 gold, 40 silver and 40 bronze medals, according to the National Association of Olympic Teams in Natural Sciences.
It is noteworthy that in the most prestigious tournaments of the year - the International Olympiads in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Informatics, Biology, Linguistics, Astrophysics and Astronomy, and Artificial Intelligence - talented Bulgarian young people won 40 medals: 2 gold, 14 silver and 24 bronze.
