"There is no problem that the adoption of the budget will be slightly delayed, because the Public Finance Act has outlined what happens if the budget is not adopted", National Assembly Speaker Natalia Kiselova said in Kalofer. ''The Budget and Finance Committee will deal with the law on revenues and expenditures and will decide whether to initiate the procedures for adopting the state budget, the budget of the National Health Insurance Fund and the budget of the State Social Insurance. The law on revenues and expenditures will be discussed first. The formation of a government depends on the negotiators and the National Assembly Speaker has no competence in this matter", said Natalia Kiselova.

DPS - New Beginning will submit a proposal to maintain the measures that exempt bread and flour from VAT and retain the 9% VAT for the restaurant business, the party's press office announced.
