Bulgaria needs stable governance and a solution to the problems of the people. This was the consensus among mayors from the Bulgarian Socialist Party during a meeting with the party leadership and the parliamentary group of BSP-United Left. The mayors called for addressing the problems of Bulgarian municipalities and raised the issue of disparities in funding between municipalities based on the political affiliation of the mayors. "I sincerely hope that next week Bulgaria will have a regular government", the acting chairman of BSP Atanas Zafirov told representatives of the Confederation of Labor Podkrepa.

There is still no clear answer to the question whether there will be elections or there will be a regular government with the mandate of the first political force, GERB.

According to information from the Dnevnik website, talks are also taking place on Saturday about forming a cabinet, but it is unclear whether Democratic Bulgaria participates in them.
