SURVEY: 37.4% of Bulgarians agree with the formula of the new government

37.4% of adult Bulgarians strongly agree with the formula of the new government. Another 21.4% accept it, but not strongly. 16.5% somewhat disagree and 20.8% disagree. The rest find it difficult to answer.

Thus, the government of Rosen Zhelyazkov, with a mandate from GERB-SDS, with the participation of BSP and ITN, and with the support of Ahmed Dogan's DPS, is getting an initial, albeit small, public tolerance.

The data come from an independent express telephone survey by the Myara polling agency, conducted on 16 and 17 January among 800 people. The most positive assessments of the new cabinet come from the voters of the parties involved. Among the rest, there is at best a sense of relief that some kind of government has been formed, the pollsters say.
