GERB/SDS are seeking legislative amendments that will fully ban the import, trade in, supply, distribution and sale, including online of vape type e-cigarettes, whether disposable or not, and whether they contain nicotine or not, said Kostadin Angelov, deputy chair of the GERB/SDS parliamentary group at a briefing in parliament. Angelov is also chairman of the parliamentary health committee.

GERB/SDS will also submit a bill fully banning the sale, supply and distribution, including online, of energy drinks and substances to children under 18. The motives for these two draft bills are clear. I do not think anyone wants to watch reports of children dying. And I believe all parliamentary groups would support such bills, he said.
