A priority in the system of education is a better quality of education at university by way of a higher motivation of the students and the lecturers. The requirements in the appraisal of their work and their academic development will be higher.
In a press release, the Council of Rectors points out that there is agreement on these objectives with Minister of Education and Science Krasimir Valchev.
